| Purpose of the meeting An Assessment Conference (ยง4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Lebanon VA Office (Russell County Government Center)at 135 Highland Drive, at 9:00 AM on November 5, 2014. The hearing is to review the Civil Penalties of Notices of Violation JRJ0001651, LJJ0001212, JKC0001016, LJJ0001224, STJ0008954, LJJ0001185, JKC0001015, RDS0010444, and LJJ0001162 on A & G Coal Corporation Permit Nos. 1101954, 1101918, 1502057, 1102058, 1102042, 1502053, 1502057, 1101916 and 1101991 respectively, and Cessation Orders RDS0010465 and CEV00009198 on permits 1102003 and 1101914. Please be advised that the Assessment Conference will be open to the public. The Assessment Conference Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
