| Purpose of the meeting The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will hold a meeting to reconsider final action taken previously on two proposed regulatory actions, "Infusion of Distilled Spirits by Mixed Beverage Licensees," and "Updating Retail Operations Regulations as a Result of Periodic Review," both amending 3 VAC 5-50, Retail Operations. The Board expects to revisit the allowable container size for infusion of distilled spirits, and the definition of "meal" as applied to food requirements for mixed beverage restaurant licensees. | |||
