Purpose of the meeting
The Board will consider the following regulations: A. Federal-Identical Regulations: 1. Corrections and Technical Amendments to Multiple Standards; and 2. Acetylene Standard, ยง1910.102, Revising Other Standards Referenced Therein; Direct Final Rule (DFR). B. Virginia Unique Regulation: 1. Correcting Amendments for: Construction Industry Standard for Sanitation, 16 VAC 25-160, and Field Sanitation Standard, 16 VAC 25-180; and 2. Request to Amend the Regulation Concerning Licensed Lead Contractor Notification, Lead Project Permits, and Permit Fees, 16 VAC 25-35. C. Notice of Periodic Review of Certain Existing Regulations: 1. Public Participation Guidelines, 16 VAC 25-11; and 2. Regulation Concerning Licensed Asbestos Contractor Notification, Asbestos Project Permits, and Permit Fees, 16 VAC 25-20.
