| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting on the notice of intent to consider amending the Eastern Virginia Ground Water Management Area Regulations (9 VAC 25-600 et seq.) and the Groundwater Withdrawal Regulations (9 VAC 25-610 et seq.). The Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for both regulations appears in the Virginia Register of Regulations on July 6, 2009. The comment period begins on July 6, 2009 and ends on August 19, 2009 for both regulations. | |||||
