This is a no! DO NOT take "sexual offense" out of the prohibited acts. There is a reason for the list of prohibited acts and they must stay as is.
The public puts their trust in that they will be looked out for and protected by state regulations. Trusting that licensed service technicians and sales representatives are not going to be a threat to them, their families, or their employees. The change being requested, if approved, is going to take away a layer of protection and trust for the public. It will allow persons who have been and may again become a threat to individuals a free pass to enter their homes and businesses in an industry that is supposed to be offering protection options.
This change request should be denied.
