Telemedicine is a true benefit for better well-being for Virginians.  It would be helpful if telemedicine was allowed from out of state doctors as well.  Some patients may have a specialist in another state.

Permitting Medicaid patients to use telemedicine is important.  They can be self-reliant with convenient access to healthcare due to its remote feature.
