My hairdresser is regulated to ensure that no disease is passed from one customer to another.  How much more should an internal procedure like abortion require oversight to ensure proper care for their patients.  Regardless of your opinion of abortion, it is an invasive medical procedure that should have the same regulations as an Emergency Care Center.  Please put politics aside and do what is right for these women.
