I strongly oppose the amendments to Virginia’s 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid waivers. Families should not have to choose between earning a living and ensuring that their loved ones are safe.

Please do not allow administrative efficiency or standardized limits to overshadow the real needs of vulnerable individuals and their families.
