Fiscal agents are not appropriate for managing a persons healthcare.  Our hours are based on the ability of the assessor to accurately paint a picture of our limitations.  Make SF be a licensed medical professional in order to operate not a payroll company.  Ppl just set up a client and attendant with no facilitator, ineligible for Medicaid and told the attendant to clock hours and once an authorization was obtained they could go back and be paid.  Well we found a facilitator with 15 years experience who just told us that can happen because the auth can only start from the time she does her initial assessment.  Attendant has been working for 3 weeks and now won’t get paid and we shouldn’t even be set up in PPL it should be CDN.  What a joke this program has become.  Lawsuits are on the way
