I urge DMAS to preserve the current Services Facilitation system, including families’ ability to choose their provider. The facilitation our family receives is very supportive, and we value having a trusted relationship with someone who understands our needs.
Caring for a family member with a disability involves many responsibilities. Reliable, consistent support makes a meaningful difference, and maintaining the relationship we already have is important to us.
Please keep the current system in place and protect families’ choice of Services Facilitation providers. I hope you will give careful consideration to the families who rely on these services and the relationships that help make them work.
