I'm currently a resident in an Oxford house. I chose to be here because of the safety it provides for me to live my life day to day without the interference of addict behaviors. We support one another and its the perfect place to learn accountability. We operate on a democratic system so all voices are heard and everyone opinions matter. These housings are structured for those who are ready to cope with daily challenges, but not quite ready to face the world alone. I'm very grateful for places like this. We were broken people and Oxford Houses are healings us one day at a time.
