I don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
 

I have been sailing the Chesapeake Bay for 50+ years. The Bay used to boil with Menhaden. It does not boil any longer. I used to catch plenty of Rockfish. I don't catch them any more. I used to catch Blue Fish. I don't catch them anymore. They are not there to catch. It's not rocket science. If you consistenly extract 100 million pounds of protein from a Bay 150 miles long and 20 miles wide, the food chain collapses. Stop the madness.
