I strongly oppose this petition. It is primarily based on hysteria. It is the same hysteria,fear,  and bigotry that the Nazis used to create the Holocaust where too many folks were deemed unsuitable: Jewish, Queers, Dark skinned folk, mentally and physically disabled, and ethnic minorities whom were detained, starved, and murdered. 
All girls will be harmed. The indignity and trauma of genital inspections by strangers and the opening of harassment for those “suspected” causes more substantial harm. Any girl, trans or not, will be facing more potential rape from the hateful male  “ jocks”. Those guys will use this petition as their excuse.
