This is a baseless, politically motivated petition which attempts to use trans people as pawns in a culture war. It has no foundation in science or public health, and falls outside the legal authority of the Board.

These attacks hurt trans people. The attacks also create harmful scrutiny on all women and girls. This is not about fairness, it's about control. I strongly oppose this petition & you should deny it.
