What, exactly, is supposed to be the public health nexus here? Come on. I've encountered trans women in public and workplace facilities more than once, and it did no actual harm to me or to anyone around me. Please don't enshrine discrimination in state regulation. There are enough real problems in life, which our state government actually could be working to address, without inventing imaginary ones.
