I live in Hampton, Virginia, and I rise in opposition to Petition 432.  The Board of Health has no business labeling groups of people harmful based on who they are.  Everyone deserve to be treated equally and fairly under the law, and the Commonwealth of Virginia has a responsibility to protect all of its citizens, including those in the minority like trans-people.  This petition has nothing to do with health, and everything to do with discrimination.  We are better than this; please prove it.
