As a cisgender Virginia property owner, who happens to be female and experienced plenty of time in women's locker rooms, I'm just offended by this. 

I remember feeling awkward and locker rooms at gym class and it had nothing to do with the genitals of anyone in the class. It's just an awkward situation to be put in locker rooms. 

Any attempts to screen the genitals of kids in sports borders on sexual abuse in my opinion and this proposed legislation is offensive.
