This whole debate is totally absurd and built on the same bigotries that saw women banned from public restrooms, then black people, then gay people, and now trans people because of the bigotries of a few people who whipped up a furore.

We all know that the bigots lose in the end just as soon as most Americans meet an actual, real life trans person instead of reading about them on Facebook or seeing terminally-online weirdos who would be just as weird if they were straight or cis.

As soon as people realize just how boring and normal trans people are, they're going to be very mad at the bigots who lied to them.

So let's just skip to the end of the tape and not waste time and public money on a loser policy that's just going to hurt and confuse Virginians.

I am so very tired of this.
