VA needs to stay in RGGI!

I firmly believe that Virginia needs to stay in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. It has done so much good for the state. I am from Winchester, Virginia and right now live in Virginia Beach for school. I know that the Community Flood Preparedness Fund has funded a flood resilience plan for the city of Winchester that does not have the infrastructure for intense and frequent rainstorms. The fund has also greatly helped Virginia Beach which experiences even more flooding with the ocean and other waterways nearby. I know even high tide alone can cause problems with flooding and some stormwater systems are not adequately built. Virginia needs to stay in RGGI to continue with these programs. The reduction in CO2 emissions is so important as well.
