It is an essential organization to make sure emissions are deceased nationwide and will help save billions in public health costs. In fact, in 6 years, participating states realized $5.7 billion in public health benefits thanks to RGGI. So if Glenn Youngkin really wants to be in the party of fiscal responsibility, TELL HIM TO GET HIS HEAD OUTTA HIS ASS AND STOP ING WITH RGGI.
