Retain definition of "Child Study Committee" in Virginia regulations

I oppose the proposal by VDOE's Office of Dispute Resolution and Administrative Services to delete the definition of "Child Study Committee" from Virginia's special-education regulations. This would harm disabled children because it would not allow their parents to participate in the screening process.

I favor retaining the definition of "Child Study Committee" as it currently appears in the regulations.
