| Description | This chapter sets forth public participation guidelines for charitable gaming under the authority of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services granted by Chapters 554 and 609 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly. Chapters 554 and 609 eliminated the authority of the Charitable Gaming Board to promulgate regulations. As such, this chapter replaces 11 VAC 15-13, which are the public participation guidelines promulgated pursuant to the Charitable Gaming Board's previous authority. |
