| Description |
The regulation sets forth the process by which the Department and the Board of Juvenile Justice will approve construction, renovation, and enlargement projects for local juvenile residential facilities when the locality does not wish to seek reimbursement from the Commonwealth of Virginia for a portion of the locality's costs.

| Goals of Regulation |
