Goals of Regulation To eliminate duplicative administrative burden through the consolidation of the two current charitable gaming regulations, 11VAC15-22, Charitable Gaming Rules and Regulations, and 11VAC15-31, Supplier Regulations, into one single regulation.

To facilitate the deployment and legitimate use of electronic games of chance systems in a manner that is consistent with the mandate in Chapter 264 of the 2007 Acts of Assembly.

To promote better understanding of applicable statutory requirements and facilitate compliance with those requirements by all charitable gaming stakeholders.

To continue to enhance the integrity of all charitable gaming activities in the Commonwealth.
