Goals of Regulation |
The goals of the regulation are: 1.To provide maximum opportunity for the public to participate in the regulatory process; 2. To communicate clearly to the Library of Virginia’s constituents how they may participate in the regulatory process in a meaningful way; and 3. To ensure that the Library of Virginia’s regulatory procedures are in full compliance with state laws and regulations governing such actions. |
