| Description | This regulation establishes the rules, policies, and procedures VDOT will follow in procuring professional and non-professional services in conjunction with its operations. This regulation was comprehensively revised in 1997 when responsibility for this function was transferred from the Location and Design Division to the Administrative Services Division. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under 9-6.14:4.1 B2(effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B2). |
