This action amends an existing regulation. It adds definitions of the Method for Consensus Classification of Chest Radiographs in Pneumoconiosis Cases for providing X-ray evidence for coal workers’ pneumoconiosis claims under the current 16VAC30-50-110. Rule 10. X-ray evidence for coal workers' pneumoconiosis claims. The revision also changes the title to 16VAC30-50-110. Rule 10 and Rule 10.4. Method for Consensus Classification of Chest Radiographs in Pneumoconiosis Cases. |
