| Action Summary | Chapters 414 and 415 of the 2026 Acts of Assembly require the Board of Health to promulgate regulations specifying licensed nursing facilities to comply with certain regulations for when a change of operator occurs. The regulation lays out the various disclosure materials that must be shared with the VDH when a change of operator takes place, as well as the requirement for the applicant to submit an application on a form prescribed by the Commissioner and the applicable fee for such application as determined by the Board.
