| Action Summary | The proposed amendments include the formal adoption by reference of the 2023 Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO); the repeal of sections that are duplicative of the PMO; the repeal of requirements for permit expiration and renewal on an annual basis; the repeal of state-specific requirements that certain samplers apply for, obtain, renew, and maintain permits that are not required by the PMO; and amendments to certain requirements to ensure consistency with the PMO and current science and technology. |
