To Repeal 8VAC105-11 Parking and Traffic: The Agency (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University) proposes to repeal 8 VAC 105-11 Parking and Traffic in its entirety, including documents incorporated by reference.
The Agency is not statutorily required to issue regulations on parking and traffic and has determined that the regulations contained at 8 VAC 105-11 are not administratively useful for the Agency. The Agency will rely on existing statutory authority to manage and regulate parking and traffic on campus.
