General Information
Action Summary In accordance with Governor Youngkin’s Executive Order #19, DMAS completed an internal review of 12VAC30-60 and determined that all of the documents incorporated by reference are either outdated or already exist on the DMAS Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Web Portal or via other sources that are not owned by DMAS (e.g., the DSM). Therefore, referencing them in the Virginia Administrative Code is unnecessary and they should be repealed.
