| Action Summary |
Chapter 130 is being amended in order to change the definition of Virginia-bred Thoroughbred Horse in the Breeders Fund regulations. This change will make the dam of a Virginia-bred foal reside in Virginia for a period of time instead of just giving birth to a foal and going back to some other state where the foal could also qualify for breeders fund awards. |
