| Action Summary |
The action allows the renewal and late renewal fees in the regulations to be temporarily reduced through February 2021. The action also corrects the prior February 2020 date to account for 2020 being a leap year. The purpose of the action is to comply with the Callahan Act (54.1-113 of the Code of Virginia). |
