| Action Summary |
1VAC30-41 establishes the requirements for certification of drinking water laboratories. This exempt action updates incorporation by reference of the Code of Federal Regulations requirements for sampling, analytical methodology, and laboratory certification of drinking water laboratories found in 1VAC30-41-55. The current date of the incorporation by reference is July 1, 2013. This action will change the date to July 1, 2018.
