Action Summary |
Chapter 214 of the 2018 Acts of Assembly amended (i) § 9.1-139 of the Code of Virginia to remove certain experience requirements for a compliance agent for a private security services business and (ii) § 9.1-142 of the Code of Virginia to remove the option for a private security services business or a private security services training school to be covered by a surety bond in lieu of liability insurance. This regulatory action amends 6VAC20-172-40, 6VAC20-172-50, 6VAC20-172-90, 6VAC20-173-40, and 6VAC20-173-50 to reflect the current statutory provisions. |
