| Action Summary |
In accordance with Chapters 756 and 793 of the 2013 Virginia Acts of Assembly and the transfer of certain water quality programs from the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board to the State Water Control Board, this action renumbers the existing General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities (formerly Part XIV of 4VAC50-60) and moves this set of regulations to a new Chapter under the State Water Control Board (9VAC25-8840). |
