| Action Summary |
The purpose of this action is to provide the process by which a marketing portal or fulfillment warehouse may become approved to provide services to holders of wine or beer shipper's licenses, and to prescribe record-keeping requirements for approved fulfillment warehouses, as required by Section 4.1-209.1 of the Code of Virginia. |
