This action repeals a procurement regulation which is out of date. Some of the subject matter of this regulation is addressed in a manual which VDOT plans to issue as a guidance document. The Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual is a Department of General Services regulation. This action is in accordance with a recommendation of the OAG's regulatory reform task force. |
