Action Summary |
Following a comprehensive review of the Child Labor Hazardous Occupations Regulations conducted in conjunction with Attorney General McDonnell’s Regulatory Review Task Force, language in 16VAC15-30-30 was identified that conflicts with the governing statute, Virginia Code §40.1-100. The amended language would eliminate the conflicts with the Code of Virginia and provide further clarification to the public. |
