This regulatory action would repeal 16VAC15-30-40, Motor vehicle occupations. Following passage of House Bill 2495 in the 2009 session of the General Assembly, the current regulatory language differs from the revised statutory language. Amending the regulation to track the statutory changes would unneccessarily restate the statute. |
