Action Summary |
This action implements the provisions of Chapters 387 and 689 of the 2008 Acts of Assembly that abolished the Department of Charitable Gaming and placed regulation of charitable gaming under the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
This action also implements the provisions of Chapter 121 of the 2009 Acts of Assembly by raising the permit exemption threshold from $25,000 to $40,000 for all organizations authorized to conduct charitable gaming.
