This regulatory action (i) re-codifies the "Emission Standards for Open Burning" as the "Regulation for Open Burning" in 9 VAC 5 Chapter130; and (ii) deletes the existing "Open Burning Rule" (Rule 4-40) located in Article 40, 9 VAC 5 Chapter 40, Sections 5600 - 5645. |
