Changing Title 3.1 references to Title 3.2 as a result of the recodification of Title 3.1

| Action Summary |
The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2.
This regulatory action will delete the reference to § 3.1-837 of the Code of Virginia in Section 10 of the regulation and replace it with § 3.2-4912 of the Code of Virginia.
