Changing Title 3.1 references to Title 3.2 as a result of the recodification of Title 3.1

| Action Summary |
The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2.
Section 30 subsection A of the regulation reads “Specimens from poultry submitted pursuant to subsections A and B of this section for laboratory analysis shall be for diseases governed by § 3.1-726 of the Code of Virginia in the number and kind and at a time designated by the State Veterinarian.” This regulatory action will delete the reference to § 3.1-726 and replace it with § 3.2-6002.
