| Action Summary | As a result of the recodification of Title 3.1, this regulatory action will update certain Code of Virginia citations as follows: * In Sections 90 and 110 of the regulation, Article 2 (§ 3.1-425 et seq.) of Chapter 21 of Title 3.1 of the Code of Virginia will be replaced with Chapter 32 of Title 3.2 (§ 3.2-3200 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia. * In Section 120 of the regulation, § 3.1-437 will be deleted and replaced with § 3.2-3208, and §§ 3.1-432 and 3.1-433 will be deleted and replaced with § 3.2-3206. Also, due to the promulgation of new public participation guidelines, 2 VAC15-11-80 will be replaced with 2 VAC15-12-90. |
