Currently, 22 VAC40-470 notes, in part, that public assistance programs is defined at Virginia Code § 63.1-87. The purpose of the regulatory action is to amend the regulation to recognize that former § 63.1-87 is now § 63.2-100 due to the re-codification of this title. |
