General Information
Action Summary This action will prohibit nudity on premises licensed for the sale of mixed beverages, and will conform 3 VAC 5-50-140 with a decision of the Fourth Circuit U. S. Court of Appeals by exempting performances involving serious literary, artistic, scientific, or political expression from the regulation's nudity prohibitions.
