Action Summary |
The purpose of the exempt action is to amend the regulation so that it will conform to state law regarding:
1)the exemption to child day program licensure of a program of recreational activities offered by local governments, staffed by local government employees, and attended by school-age children, pursuant to § 63.2-1715 of the Code of Virginia as amended by Chapter 725 of the 2006 Acts of Assembly; and
2)the administration of prescription medication to a child in a licensed child day center, pursuant to § 54.1-3408 of the Code of Virginia as amended by Chapter 686 of the 2006 Acts of Assembly. |
