The proposed amendments to this regulation will conform the performance bond release procedures that are applied to bonds furnished pursuant to the Coal Surface Mining Reclamation (Pool Bond) Fund, Virginia’s “alternative bonding system,” with bond release procedures used for other performance bonds. |
