The Virginia Racing Commission has adopted new substantive provisions in its regulation "Criteria for unlimited horse racing facilities" (11 VAC 10-20-190). The provisions are (i) incorporating the latest additions to the Code of Virginia, (ii) updating the specifications for racetrack facilities, equipment and safety, and (iii) other revisions of existing regulations throughout the section. |
